Job summary

Kettering Health is seeking a qualified Angiography Technologist to support physician-led cardiac and interventional procedures in Beavercreek, Ohio. You will perform radiographic work across multiple imaging systems, assist with patient care and safety in the Cardiac Cath lab, and participate in call rotation with a 30-minute response time.

Requirements include graduation from an accredited Radiology Program, current ARRT diagnostic radiology certification, Ohio Radiology license, BLS, and ACLS

Qualifications

• Graduation from an accredited Radiology Program.
• Current ARRT diagnostic radiology certification.
• Possesses a current Ohio Radiology license.
• BLS certification.
• ACLS certification required within six months of hire.

Responsibilities

• Assist the physician during cardiac or peripheral diagnostic and interventional procedures, pacemakers and ICDs.
• Perform radiographic work on multiple imaging systems.
• Assist with patient care and safety in the Cardiac Cath or EP lab environment.
• Rotate call for emergency procedures with a 30 minute response time in the Cardiac Cath Lab.

Job Responsibilities

Responsibilities & Requirements

The Angiography Technologist will be an individual capable of assisting the physician during cardiac or peripheral diagnostic and interventional procedures, pacemakers and ICDs. He or she must possess the ability to perform radiographic work on several different types of radiographic equipment so that all work is completed in a competent, timely and efficient manner. He or she will assist with patient care and safety while the patient is in the Cardiac Cath or EP lab environment.

The Angiography Technologist will be responsible for rotating call for emergency procedures with a 30 minute response time if employed in the Cardiac Cath Lab.

Job Requirements

• Graduation from an accredited Radiology Program
• Current certification with ARRT in diagnostic radiology
• Possesses a current license as a State of Ohio Radiology
• BLS certification
• ACLS certification required within six months of hire

• 1 year recent hospital angiographic interventional experience
