Job summary

Relocation up to $3K and sign-on up to $10K are available if eligible. Requires RN or eligible allied health credentialing, with strong ECG interpretation and hemodynamic monitoring skills.

Qualifications

• Associate's degree required in nursing or science.
• Bachelor's degree preferred.
• RN or related Allied Health professional with relevant clinical training.

Responsibilities

• Plan, develop, and coordinate department activities for efficient operations and high-quality patient care.
• Ensure safety and enforce policies for staff, physicians, and patients.
• Communicate with multidisciplinary team to deliver high-quality patient care.
• Assist leadership in budgeting and staffing to meet department goals.
• Support data collection for process improvement and performance tracking.
