Job summary

Newk's Eatery is looking for a Catering Team Lead to ensure guests and clients receive a positive Newk's Experience outside the restaurant. This role also supports the restaurant team in achieving sales goals while upholding Newk's standards for quality and safety.

You will develop, direct and motivate the catering team within the store, ensuring catering execution delivers an exceptional experience and product quality beyond the four walls of the restaurants.

Qualifications

• Must be eligible to work in the United States.
• Must be at least 18 years old upon hire date.
• Meet safety and sanitation standards.

Responsibilities

Job description

The Catering Team Lead is responsible to ensure all Newk's guests and clients receive a positive Newk's Experience outside of the restaurant. This position also assists the restaurant team in achieving planned sales by performing all responsibilities and tasks of their position according to Newk's standards, policies and procedures for operational excellence. The Catering Team Lead also helps to protect the brand by maintaining a sanitary, safe, respectful, efficient and quality work environment while effectively managing operational/product costs.

The Catering Team Lead assists in the development, direction and motivation of the catering team members within the store, ensuring catering execution provides Newk's catering guests with an exceptional Newk's Experience and product quality outside the four walls of the restaurants.
