Job summary

Sodexo at COLORADO MESA UNIVERSITY is seeking a Catering Supervisor to oversee on-site food service operations, coordinate routine activities of service staff, and ensure quality, safety and guest satisfaction across fast casual, coffee/counter service, cafeterias, events and cafes.

The successful candidate will have 1+ years of related experience, preferred supervisory experience, and a valid driver’s license.

Qualifications

• 1 or more years of related work experience; previous supervisory experience preferred.
• Possess a valid driver’s license

Responsibilities

• Provide support to management in the daily oversight of key functions and employees during the normal course of business
• Assist in ensuring a safe working environment throughout the facility for all employees
• Facilitate orientation and training of employees
• Work with customers to ensure satisfaction in such areas as quality, service, and problem resolution
• Attends work and shows for scheduled shift on time with satisfactory regularity
• Other duties may be assigned and can differ among accounts, depending on business necessities and client requirements.
