Job summary

Compass Group USA is seeking a catering team member to monitor operation quality and support high-volume events across multiple venues in Colorado. You will oversee daily functions, supervise catering, and ensure guest satisfaction while maintaining strict standards and safety compliance.

The position requires the ability to lift up to 25 pounds, the stamina to work in loud environments, and flexibility to work evenings and weekends. Experience in catering or similar settings is preferred.

Qualifications

• Ability to lift and move up to 25 pounds.
• Comfortable operating in a loud, high-volume atmosphere.
• Work both independently and with a team.
• Maintain excellent attendance and able to work evening/weekend events as scheduled.
• Experience in catering or a high-volume environment preferred.

Responsibilities

• Review menu and other production needs to oversee and manage daily functions
• Supervise catering to ensure all systems and tools are being used correctly
• Visit guest service areas to assess satisfaction levels
• Maintain in-depth knowledge of complete menu and products on hand during event
• Assist the Premium Department with administrative work including monthly inventory
• Ensure compliance with alcohol service standards
• Maintain cleanliness of service areas and catering storage in compliance with all sanitation and safety requirements
• Ensure compliance with Levy standards, policies, and procedures
• Adapt to shifting event locations across property
• Pivot between tasks in a dynamic environment (never a dull moment!)
• Perform any other duties as assigned
