Job summary

Sodexo is seeking a Catering Supervisor to oversee on-site food operations at Saint Louis University. The role covers fast casual, coffee/counter service, cafeterias, events, casual dining and cafes, with varying shifts.

You bring at least 1 year of related experience, supervisory preferred, and a valid driver’s license. Full-time position with comprehensive benefits and opportunities for training and advancement.

Responsibilities

• Provide support to management in the daily oversight of key functions and employees during the normal course of business.
• Assist in ensuring a safe working environment throughout the facility for all employees.
• Facilitate orientation and training of employees.
• Work with customers to ensure satisfaction in quality, service, and problem resolution.
• Attends work and shows for scheduled shift on time with satisfactory regularity.
• Other duties may be assigned and can differ among accounts, depending on business necessities and client requirements.

Pay Range: $25 - $30

What You’ll Do:

As a Catering Supervisor at Sodexo, you are a master multitasker and a quality-of-life improver. You will provide oversight at the direction of management on-site to coordinate routine work activities of service employees engaged in food operations, including but not limited to fast casual, coffee/counter service, cafeterias, events/banquets, casual dining and cafes.
