Job Summary

Responsible for setting up, executing, and cleaning up functions according to Parkhurst’s catering manual.

Essential Functions

• Serve and interact with guests professionally and friendly.
• Follow all service procedures per catering manual.
• Adhere to event sheets, diagrams, pull sheets, and timelines.
• Pick up equipment, supplies, and food post-event promptly.
• Ensure rented items are prepared for vendor pickup.
• Clean, stock, and organize all catering equipment and supplies.
• Maintain cleanliness as per schedule, using "clean as you go" techniques.
• Communicate needs to management clearly.
• Follow dress code and personal hygiene standards.
• Uphold Parkhurst Hospitality Gold Standards and Smile Plus hospitality imperatives.
• Assist team members as needed.
• Perform additional duties as assigned.

Qualifications

Must be able to perform essential functions satisfactorily; accommodations may be made for disabilities.

Physical Demands

• Standing/walking 100% of time.
• Occasionally lift up to 50 lbs.
