Restaurant Associates in New York is seeking a Catering Senior Captain to supervise the Catering Department, oversee food preparation and serving at functions, and coordinate deliveries and setup under the Catering Director.
This full-time role requires prior catering experience and a ServSafe certification, with a Monday–Friday schedule and a pay range of $22.00–$24.00 per hour for high-quality event service at premier venues.
