Pyramid Global Hospitality is seeking a Catering Sales Manager for OKANA Resort & Indoor Water Park in Oklahoma City. The role focuses on growing catering revenue by developing new business, nurturing client relationships, and following through on opportunities, including weddings, social events, and corporate catering.

The ideal candidate has at least three years of catering sales experience, a Bachelor’s degree or equivalent, and strong communication and negotiation skills to coordinate

• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent relevant experience.
• Demonstrated ability to generate new business, negotiate contracts, and achieve sales goals.

Responsibilities

• Meet or exceed established catering and guest room revenue goals.
• Proactively generate new business through prospecting, networking, referrals, and involvement.
• Respond promptly to inquiries, qualify opportunities, and convert leads into bookings.
• Conduct engaging site tours and client presentations of event spaces and services.
• Develop proposals, negotiate terms, and prepare accurate contracts.
• Recommend menus and spaces to maximize revenue and meet client needs.
• Maintain account records, activities, and revenue forecasts in the sales system.
• Coordinate handoffs to Events team and assist with event detailing as needed.
• Build repeat and referral business through ongoing client relationships and follow-up.
• Collaborate with resort departments to deliver a seamless client experience.

We are seeking a proactive, results-driven Catering Sales Manager to grow catering revenue through new business development, strong client relationships, and effective sales follow-through.This position sells weddings, social events, corporate catering, and other assigned business, including wedding associated guest room blocks.
