Job summary

Aramark in New York, NY is seeking a Catering Runner to handle inventory, transportation, stocking and cleaning to meet guest and client needs.

You will stock, deliver, and maintain inventory integrity, assist servers, and uphold safety and sanitation standards. Flexible hours including evenings and weekends are required; prior food service experience preferred.

• Requires constant standing and walking.

• Delivers product and uses transfer sheets to maintain inventory integrity.
• Cleans, sanitizes, and maintains appearance of workstations and guest service areas.
• Assist servers, bartenders, etc. with customer service as needed.
• Maintains excellent customer service and a positive demeanor towards guests, customers, clients, co-workers, etc. Is adaptable to customer needs.
• Adheres to Aramark safety policies and procedures including proper food safety and sanitation.
• Ensures security of company assets.

The Catering Runner is responsible for keeping inventory of transporting, stocking, and cleaning/clearing products to ensure business and customer needs are met. Essential functions and responsibilities of the position may vary by Aramark location based on client requirements and business needs.

Compensation Data

COMPENSATION: The Hourly rate for this position is $20.00 to $22.00. If both numbers are the same, that is the amount that Aramark expects to offer. This is Aramark’s good faith and reasonable estimate of the compensation for this position as of the time of posting.
