Qualifications

• Completion of McAlister University courses pertaining to catering role.
• Cash handling experience.
• Proficiency with Outlook email and calendar features.
• Knowledge of Monkey Media software.
• Interviewed by the Catering Director before entering training for catering manager.

Responsibilities

• Open the restaurant and perform general administrative duties.
• Ensure catering orders are rung in accurately and delivered on time with proper setup.
• Coordinate delivery assignments and distribute tips to drivers.
• Oversee catering setup for next day and assist during lunch in the restaurant.
• Liaise between store and catering manager; manage driver checklists and receipts.
