Ideal candidates bring 2+ years in similar roles, strong hospitality knowledge, and proven ability to manage high-volume client interactions while maintaining excellent service standards.

Qualifications

• Minimum AS or equivalent experience in hospitality.
• Two years of similar work experience.
• Ability to interact with diverse, high-volume customer base.
• Ability to operate a Web-based ordering system and update client profiles.
• Proficiency with word processing and spreadsheet applications.
• Ability to write professional emails to clients.
• Meet company uniform standards for the position.
• Use all PPE per Company guidelines.
• Capable of working with minimal supervision and solving problems.
• This role supervises 5-10 hourly staff including delivery and culinary personnel.

Job Summary

The Catering Manager (sales and operations) is responsible for the successful execution of all catering events. This position supervises the sales and event order communications, scheduling and training of service staff, planning, delivery, set up, clean up, and proper invoicing for all daily events.
