Flik Hospitality Group in Neenah, Wisconsin is seeking a Catering Lead Server to plan, coordinate and execute catering functions and other special events at the Neenah Conference Center. You will manage schedules, ensure timely service, and assist with food preparation under supervision.

This role emphasizes outstanding customer service, adherence to safety standards, and collaboration with internal teams to satisfy client needs for successful events.

Qualifications

• Must possess or be able to obtain a valid food handler's permit, Serv Safe certification, and/or alcohol servers permit where required by state law.
• Prior experience in catering preferred.
• Ability to manage in a diverse environment with strong focus on client and customer services and business growth.
• Ability to communicate effectively with high-level clients and staff.
• High level of maturity, attention to detail and a positive can-do attitude.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications; P&L accountability or contract-managed service experience desirable.
• Excellent Customer Service Skills.

Responsibilities

• Brews coffee for conference center guests daily.
• Determines workload requirements from catering orders.
• Meets with conference center team to discuss setup arrangements and address last-minute changes.
• Demonstrates complete understanding of menu items.
• Performs catering setup in atrium or meeting rooms to specifications.
• Assembles and delivers food and supplies to scheduled locations.
• Ensures event meals are set up on time.
• Maintains sanitation and proper presentation of serving equipment.
