Job summary

Panera seeks a Catering Lead in Chantilly, VA to manage catering orders, ensure timely delivery and exceptional guest experiences. You will coordinate orders, lead a friendly team, and uphold Panera's food safety and quality standards on events.

Ideal candidates are 18+, with a Food Handler's Card, strong communication, and the ability to lift up to 50 lbs. Flexible schedule including nights/weekends is required.

Qualifications

• Minimum age 18
• Food Handler's Card as required by law
• Excellent communication and people skills
• Self-starter with limited supervision
• Strong organizational and time-management abilities
• Own vehicle and valid driving record for deliveries
• Flexible hours including nights and weekends in a fast-paced environment
• Ability to lift/push/pull 25–50 pounds
• Able to stand/walk up to 3 hours
• Clear, effective communication in loud environments

Responsibilities

• Manage and produce catering orders for guests
• Provide warm, friendly service with proactive follow-ups
• Deliver orders to events
