Panera is seeking a Catering Lead to manage catering orders, deliver excellent guest service, and coordinate events in the Glendale, WI area. You will respond to inquiries, prepare and fulfill orders, and ensure timely, accurate delivery of delicious Panera catering.

The role requires strong organizational and communication skills, reliable transportation for deliveries, and flexibility to work nights and weekends in a fast-paced setting.

Qualifications

• Must be 18 years of age or older.
• Basic food safety understanding and training; Food Handler's Card as required by law.

Responsibilities

• Manage and produce catering orders for guests.
• Create memorable experiences with warm, friendly service and proactive follow-ups.
• Assist with delivering orders to events and maintain timely delivery.
• Adhere to health and food safety standards.
• Maintain Panera's standards for craveable food quality.
• Market Panera Catering to local businesses, schools and events.
• Support Managers and Team Members as needed.
