Panera LLC in Bridgeton, MO is seeking a Catering Lead to plan and execute catering orders for guests and events. You will deliver warm, friendly service, coordinate with clients, and ensure orders are prepared and delivered accurately and on time.

This role requires 18+ years, food safety knowledge, a valid vehicle and driving record, flexible hours including nights/weekends, and strong organizational skills.

Qualifications

• Must be at least 18 years old.
• Food safety understanding and practice training required.
• Own vehicle and acceptable driving record for deliveries.
• Flexible hours, including nights and weekends.
• Able to lift 25–50 pounds and stand for up to 3 hours.
• Strong communication and organizational skills.
• Self-starter with the ability to work with limited supervision.

Responsabilités

• Manage and produce catering orders for guests.
• Provide warm, friendly service and proactive follow-ups to ensure guest satisfaction.
• Assist with delivering orders to events.
• Adhere to health and food safety standards.
• Maintain Panera’s standards for craveable food quality.
• Promote Panera Catering to local businesses, schools and events.
• Support Managers and Team Members as needed.
• Help build a culture of warmth, belonging, growth, and trust.
