This role requires flexibility for nights and weekends, strong organizational skills, and a reliable vehicle for deliveries. Candidates should be 18+, with basic food safety training and a commitment to teamwork and guest satisfaction.

Qualifications

• Must have basic food safety understanding and practice training.
• Excellent organizational and time-management skills are required.
• Able to be a self-starter with limited supervision.
• Must have own vehicle for delivering orders and acceptable driving record.

Responsibilities

• Manage and produce catering orders for guests.
• Create memorable experiences with warm, friendly service and proactive follow-ups.
• Assist with delivering orders to guests' events.
• Strictly adhere to health and food safety standards.
• Maintain Panera's standards for craveable food quality.
• Market Panera Catering to local businesses, schools and events.
• Assist and support Managers and Team Members as needed.
• Help build a culture of warmth, belonging and trust.
