Panera in Bonita Springs, FL is seeking a Catering Lead to oversee catering orders and guest experiences. You will plan, prepare, and deliver delicious, familiar Panera dishes for events, ensuring prompt and accurate service while maintaining food safety standards.

You will work with local businesses and schools to promote Panera Catering, lead a team on busy event days, and support managers to grow our catering footprint with warmth and reliability.

Qualifications

• Must be able to stand and walk, lift 25–50 lbs, and perform duties in a fast-paced dining environment.
• Strong communication with guests and team members essential.
• Reliable, self-motivated with good time-management and organizational skills.

Responsibilities

• Manage and produce catering orders for guests.
• Provide warm, friendly service and proactive follow-ups to ensure guest satisfaction.
• Assist with delivering orders to events.
• Adhere to health and food safety standards.
• Maintain Panera's standards for food quality and presentation.
• Promote Panera Catering to local businesses, schools, and events.
• Support Managers and Team Members as needed.
