Job summary

Panera Bread is seeking a Catering Lead in Appleton, WI to manage catering orders and deliver excellent guest service. You will create memorable experiences, coordinate delivery to events, and uphold Panera’s food safety standards.

The role requires flexible hours, including nights and weekends, with the ability to lift 25-50 pounds and stand for up to 3 hours. A valid driver’s license and reliable vehicle are needed.

Qualifications

• Minimum age 18 or older.
• Food safety understanding and training (Food Handler’s Card).
• Enjoy working with people and have good communication skills.
• Self-starter with ability to meet goals with limited supervision.
• Excellent organizational and time-management skills.

Responsibilities

• Manage and produce catering orders for guests.
• Provide warm, friendly service and proactive follow-ups to ensure guest satisfaction.
• Assist with delivering orders to events.
• Adhere to health and food safety standards.
• Maintain Panera’s standards for food quality and craveability.
• Promote Panera Catering to local businesses, schools and events.
• Support Managers and Team Members as needed.
