Job summary

Panera is hiring a Catering Lead in Miami to manage catering orders, help guests plan delicious events, and ensure prompt, accurate delivery of Panera dishes. You will respond to inquiries, guarantee hassle-free hosting, and uphold our craveable food standards.

We value warm, proactive service, clear communication, and a passion for creating memorable guest experiences. Flexible hours including nights and weekends are required as part of a fast-paced team.

Qualifications

• Minimum age: 18 years.
• Basic food safety understanding and practice training (Food Handler's Card, as required by law).
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Self-starter with ability to meet goals with limited supervision.
• Excellent organizational and time-management skills.
• Must have own vehicle for delivering orders and an acceptable driving record.
• Flexible hours, including nights and weekends in a fast-paced environment.
• Ability to lift 25-50 pounds and stand/walk up to 3 hours.
• Able to understand guests and associates in a loud environment.
• Be an ambassador of Panera's guiding values and behaviors.

Responsibilities

• Manage and produce catering orders for guests.
• Create memorable experiences with warm, friendly service and proactive follow-ups.
• Assist with delivering orders to events.
• Adhere to health and food safety standards.
• Maintain Panera's standards for food quality.
• Market Panera Catering to local businesses, schools, and events.
• Assist and support Managers and Team Members as needed.
• Help build a culture of warmth, belonging, growth, and trust.
