This full-time role requires strong communication, organization, and reliability, including nights and weekends and driving to events. You will ensure food safety, coordinate with team members, and help grow Panera Catering locally.

Qualifications

• Must have strong people skills and effective communication.
• Excellent organizational and time-management abilities.
• Self-starter with reliability and initiative.
• Must have own vehicle with acceptable driving record.
• Capable of lifting 25–50 pounds and standing for extended periods.
• Flexible hours including nights and weekends.

Responsibilities

• Manage and produce catering orders.
• Provide warm, friendly service with proactive follow-ups.
• Assist with delivering orders to events.
• Adhere to health and food safety standards.
• Maintain Panera's food quality standards.
• Market Panera Catering to local businesses, schools and events.
• Support Managers and Team Members as needed.
• Help build a culture of warmth, belonging, growth and trust.
