Panera is seeking a Catering Lead in Leander, TX to oversee catering operations, plan events with guests, and ensure prompt, accurate delivery of craveable Panera dishes. You will respond to inquiries, coordinate team efforts, and uphold food safety standards in a fast-paced setting.

Ideal candidates are self-starters with strong organizational skills, excellent communication, and the ability to manage multiple catering orders while maintaining Panera’s high standards for quality and service.

Qualifications

• Basic food safety understanding and practice training (Food Handler's Card) required.
• Excellent interpersonal skills and ability to communicate clearly in a fast-paced environment.
• Ability to work flexible hours, including nights and weekends.

Responsibilities

• Manage and produce catering orders for guests.
• Create memorable experiences with warm, friendly service and proactive follow-ups.
• Assist with delivering orders to events.
• Adhere to health and food safety standards.
• Maintain Panera's standards for food quality.
• Promote Panera Catering to local businesses, schools, and events.
• Assist and support Managers and Team Members as needed.
• Help build a culture of warmth, belonging, growth, and trust.
