Panera Bread in Goodyear, AZ is seeking a Catering Lead to coordinate catering orders, ensure high quality service, and deliver memorable events with warm, friendly hospitality. You will manage orders, assist with deliveries, uphold health and food safety standards, and collaborate with managers and team members to grow Panera's catering presence in local businesses, schools, and events.

In this role you’ll lead catering operations, partner with the team, and contribute to Panera’s welcoming

Qualifications

• 18+ years old and eligible to work in the US.
• Complete basic food safety training and obtain a Food Handler's Card when required.
• Excellent communication and customer service skills.
• Self-motivated with strong organizational abilities.
• Able to lift 25–50 pounds and stand for extended periods.
• Valid driver's license and reliable transportation.

Responsibilities

• Manage and produce catering orders for guests.
• Provide warm, friendly service with proactive follow-ups.
• Assist with delivering orders to events.
• Adhere to health and food safety standards at all times.
• Maintain Panera's food quality and craveable offerings.
• Promote Panera Catering to local businesses, schools, and events.
• Support managers and teammates as needed.
• Help cultivate a culture of warmth, belonging, growth, and trust.
