Job summary

Panera is seeking a Catering Lead located in the Town of Henrietta, NY. As a Catering Lead, you will manage catering orders, ensure warm, friendly service, and adhere to food safety standards. You will help guests with their catering needs, including planning and delivering food to events.

Ideal candidates will have effective communication skills, excellent organizational abilities, and the capacity to work flexible hours, including nights and weekends. A vehicle for deliveries is required, as is the ability to lift 25-50 pounds.

Qualifications

• Minimum age of 18 years.
• Completion of food safety training and possession of a Food Handler’s Card.
• Self-starter who can meet goals with little supervision.
• Own vehicle for deliveries and an acceptable driving record.
• Capable of lifting, carrying, and pushing objects weighing 25-50 pounds.

As a Catering Lead at Panera, you play a crucial role in our catering operations. You help guests plan and choose delicious, familiar and fantastic Panera dishes for their events, respond to their inquiries and requirements, and guarantee hassle-free hosting with craveable food delivered promptly and accurately.

As a Catering Lead at Panera, Your Role Includes:

• Manage and produce catering orders for our guests.

This Opportunity Is for You If:

  • Must be able to clearly communicate and quickly understand guests and associates’ directions in a loud environment.
