Free Fenix Salata Uptown LLC is seeking a Catering Lead who will collaborate with the General Managers to oversee all catering orders placed for guests via our third-party and online ordering systems, coordinating prep, packaging, delivery, and guest handoffs.

The role requires remaining calm under pressure, maintaining a friendly, welcoming demeanor, taking pride in every order, and ensuring accuracy, efficiency, and on‑time delivery.
