Responsibilities include operating washing equipment, organizing ware, reporting issues to management, and performing routine kitchen cleaning. The position supports a team-driven culture focused on exceptional experiences.

Qualifications

Responsibilities

• Operate various types of dish washing equipment.
• Recognize all types of glassware/plate ware/flatware.
• Sort, organize and stock equipment back on appropriate shelves.
• Recognize defects in the washing process and work towards solution.
• Work independently or as a member of a team as needed.
• Respond well to directions.
• Report directly to management team as concerns or situations arise.
• Perform kitchen cleaning responsibilities, including sweeping, floor scrubbing and equipment cleaning.
• Perform other duties as assigned.
