Responsibilities
Preparing and serving food for catering & events services.
Maintaining and stocking service lines, beverage stations, and refrigerated areas.
Following proper sanitation and food handling procedures.
Training, instructing, and supervising seasonal staff as required.
Operating cash register for general dining food lines.
Providing inventory and product usage information to the General Dining Services Supervisor.
Collecting weekly cash receipts and maintaining the Point of Sale bank.
Maintain high standards of personal appearance and grooming
Proficient in Outlook and Excel
Knowledge of a point-of-sale system
Nassau County Department of Health sanitation certificate
Ability to understand the Spanish language
Education
High School diploma or equivalent
