Responsibilities

• Preparing and serving food for catering & events services.
• Maintaining and stocking service lines, beverage stations, and refrigerated areas.
• Following proper sanitation and food handling procedures.
• Training, instructing, and supervising seasonal staff as required.
• Operating cash register for general dining food lines.
• Providing inventory and product usage information to the General Dining Services Supervisor.
• Collecting weekly cash receipts and maintaining the Point of Sale bank.
