Job summary

Sodexo at Walsh University is seeking a Catering Coordinator to support events, reservations, and on-site services with a focus on accuracy and guest satisfaction. You will be the main point of contact for catering needs and coordinate logistics for events with varying shifts.

The role requires strong written and spoken communication, reliability, and the ability to adapt to changing schedules, including weekends and holidays.

Qualifications

• 0–2 years of related experience.

Responsibilities

• Perform administrative tasks such as arranging meetings, developing agendas and preparing progress reports.
• Coordinate logistics, setup/knockdown and on-site problem resolution.
• Assist in daily coordination of projects, including preparing and maintaining project plans, budgets and staffing requirements.
• Attends work and shows for scheduled shift on time with satisfactory regularity.
• Other duties may be assigned and can differ among accounts, depending on business necessities and client requirements.
