Job summary

Wedgewood Weddings is seeking a part-time Catering Driver & Prep Cook in Berthoud, CO. You will safely transport food and catering gear between venues, assist with setup and food prep, and support event execution while maintaining high guest service standards.

The role requires a valid driver\'s license, a clean driving record, 21+ years old, and 2+ years of driving a similar vehicle. Flexibility for evenings, weekends, and holidays is expected.

Qualifications

• Must have valid driver\'s license with clean driving record.
• Minimum 2 years verifiable driving experience with a similar type of commercial vehicle.
• Ability to lift and transport food and supplies safely.
• Must be 21+ years old.
• Must pass background checks, drug screenings, and MVR reviews.
• Experience in food service or catering is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Safely transport prepared food and catering equipment between venues using a company vehicle.
• Load, unload, and set up catering items to support seamless wedding and event execution.
• Assist with food preparation, plating, and kitchen support to ensure events run smoothly and on schedule.
• Execute food service during events while maintaining high standards of guest service and presentation.
• Follow all food safety, sanitation, and handling procedures to uphold quality and compliance standards.
• Collaborate with culinary and event teams to deliver exceptional event experiences.
• Support kitchen operations after service, including dishwashing, cleaning, and breakdown duties.
• Return the catering vehicle and equipment to the designated location at the end of each shift.
