Job summary

Compass Group USA is seeking a part-time Catering Driver I (DOT) for the Microsoft campus in Redmond, WA. You will operate a van/shuttle, transport passengers safely, and provide exceptional customer service on designated routes. The role requires 1–2 years driving or customer service experience and a valid license.

Hours are Monday–Friday with occasional variations. This position offers on-site parking, a shift meal option, and other benefits. A resume may be requested during interview.

Qualifications

• Valid driver's license and safe operation of company vehicles.
• 1-2 years relevant customer service or driving experience.
• Ability to lift and/or move up to 25 pounds.
• Ability to multi-task and adjust to changes quickly.

Responsibilities

• Safely transports passengers along designated routes as arranged by schedule or dispatch
• Reviews and submits vehicle work tickets when required
• Cleans vehicles daily and performs basic maintenance functions (fills gas, adds fluids, etc.) as needed
• Responds to emergency needs as dictated by road conditions, vehicle situations, traffic conditions or environmental situations
• Provides overall support and customer service to all facets of the operation
• Provides feedback to management on how services may be improved
• Performs other duties as assigned

• We are hiring immediately for part time CATERING DRIVER I (DOT) positions.
• Location: Microsoft - 4344 150th Avenue NE Redmond, WA 98052 Note: online applications accepted only.

• Requirement: 5 years of driving experience is required. Food service experience is preferred. Please attach resume.
