Job summary

Chi'Lantro is seeking a Catering Driver in Austin to deliver and set up catering orders with a focus on the ultimate client experience. This role blends crew member duties with brand ambassadorship to ensure seamless catering execution and food safety.

Requirements include a valid driver's license with proof of insurance, a clean driving record, and Texas Food Handlers Certification. We offer a guaranteed $15 per hour, tip pool participation, and a flexible schedule for part-time or full-time

Qualifications

• Must have valid driver license and proof of auto insurance.
• Clean driving record and reliable transportation.
• Food Handler’s Certification required.
• Authorized to work in the United States; at least 18 years old.

Responsibilities

• Complete Crew Member training to understand store operations and menu knowledge.
• Assist the team at store level when needed.
• Complete Driver training to understand catering operations and driver expectations.
• Coordinate with the General Manager to accept and pick up orders for stores to deliver.
• Follow established delivery schedules and maintain timely deliveries.
• Communicate with the Managers on Duty or Catering Department to alert them of potential problems with orders.
• Check address ahead of time to ensure a timely delivery.
• Deliver and set up the catering order.
• Provide excellent customer service with a positive and professional attitude.
