Job summary

Newk’s Eatery is seeking a Catering Specialist to coordinate daily catering operations, including food prep, presentation, and delivery. This hourly position also supports restaurant duties as needed and must ensure accuracy of orders per the NEWK's Accuracy Plan while maintaining a friendly guest experience.

The role requires strong communication, some catering experience, and the ability to work mornings with dependable reliability.

Responsibilities

• Manage catering orders from receipt to delivery with accuracy.
• Prepare food orders and assemble catering packages.
• Deliver orders on time and ensure on-site presentation meets standards.
• Operate the front-of-house POS system during shifts.
• Maintain friendly, helpful service and a SMILE with guests.
