Job summary

Ruby Tuesday in Somerset, NJ is seeking a Catering Delivery associate to greet guests, take orders, deliver and set up food and beverages, and guide guests through catering options.

You will input orders into TueGo/Catering systems, ensure accuracy, and maintain high quality presentation. This role requires a valid driver's license, the ability to lift up to 50 lbs, and flexible hours in a fast-paced team environment.

Qualifications

• High School diploma or equivalent preferred.
• Ability to stand for long periods and lift up to 50 lbs.
• Valid driver's license and reliable transportation for deliveries.
• Flexibility to work long hours as needed.
• Experience with POS systems is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Greet guests warmly and provide a friendly farewell.
• Answer the phone and assist guests with questions.
• Guide guests through food, beverage, catering, and promotional menus.
• Collect information to process TueGo/Catering orders (name, delivery location, phone, etc.).
• Input orders into MICROS accurately.
• Package orders according to Ruby Tuesday recipes with all items included.
• Ensure high quality preparation and presentation of food and beverages.
• Present accurate guest checks, accept payments, and complete transactions.
• Perform side work and maintain TueGo, Catering, and delivery materials.
• Direct guests with large catering orders to the Catering Team.
• Deliver and set up catering orders by the specified timeframe.
