Job summary

High School diploma is required.
Previous face-to-face customer service experience is essential.
Excellent verbal and written communications skills required.
Must possess a sense of urgency in a fast-paced environment.
Prior delivery driving experience preferred.
Must have an excellent driving record and be able to pass FAA on-ramp security clearance.

Responsibilities

Deliver catering orders and concierge items in a safe and timely manner.
Maintain delivery vehicles and ensure Fleet cleanliness and readiness.
Use Shipday for all order logistics and provide delivery proof and recipient name.
Serve ACW customers on-site and relay feedback to the GM as required.
Follow company procedures for safety, customer satisfaction, and cost control.
Cross-train to assist in kitchen as needed and adhere to regulatory requirements.
