Responsibilities

• Assemble and deliver all food and supplies for catered functions to scheduled locations.
• Arrange tables and decorations.
• Set buffet tables with food, beverages and service items according to standards.
• Serve food and beverages to guests.
• Distribute and collect customer comment cards.
• Clean and pack dishes and utensils for transport to the Catering Department.
• Return unserved foods to proper storage or disposal.
