Job summary

AVI Foodsystems is seeking a Catering Delivery Driver for the 2nd shift in Columbus, Indiana. You will deliver catered orders, maintain customer relations, and support on-site service with a positive, proactive attitude.

Qualifications

• Valid driver's license and a clean driving record.
• Must be able to pass the DOT Physical.
• Ability to effectively work independently and utilize time efficiently.
• Must have outgoing personality.

Responsibilities

• Promote good customer relations through product promotion and positive attitude.
• Deliver products to specific accounts for catered events.
• Account for company products from loading to delivery.
• Collect orders for product and paperwork in enclosed envelopes.
• Discard food and beverage in accordance with AVI policy.
• Complete all required paperwork in a timely manner.
• Keep company vehicle clean and orderly.
• Follow proper receiving procedures.
• Communicate any issues of concern to management.
• Perform any other duties as specified by management.

Duties & Responsibilities

• Collect orders for product and other paperwork in enclosed envelopes
• Discard food and beverage in accordance with AVI policy
• Complete all required paperwork in a timely manner
• Keep company vehicle clean and orderly
• Follow proper receiving procedures
• Communicate any issues of concern to management
• Perform any other duties as specified by management

Requirements

• Valid Driver's License (a CDL is NOT required) and a good driving record
• Must be able to pass the DOT Physical
