QDOBA, hiring for a Catering Delivery Driver in Hoboken, NJ, seeks a friendly, hospitality-minded individual to deliver orders with enthusiasm and professionalism. You will represent QDOBA and ensure an outstanding guest experience during each delivery.

Responsibilities include timely delivery, accurate order handling, logging deliveries, and possible team-member duties when not delivering, all within a safe, customer-focused environment.

Qualifications

• Must be 18 years or older.
• Reliable vehicle with current registration and insurance.
• Valid driver’s license (on person at all times).
• Submit to an MVR report within the last 36 months.
• No DWI/DUI in the past 5 years.
• Must have a personal cell phone.
• Must use personal phone to track deliveries per safety procedures.
• Able to lift up to 50 pounds.

Responsibilities

• Deliver all orders safely and on time.
• Provide friendly guest service and hospitality.
• Obtain guests’ signatures on orders.
• Maintain accurate delivery logs.
• Unload products and arrange items attractively.
• Load and deliver orders for efficiency.
• Double-check order accuracy before loading.
• May work as a Team Member when not delivering per team member role.

POSITION SUMMARY As our catering delivery driver you will be the face of QDOBA representing yourself and QDOBA with enthusiasm and great hospitality!

We are currently looking for a Catering Delivery Driver who will be an integral part of the QDOBA restaurant team. This person would:

• Deliver all orders in a safe and timely manner.
• Provide friendly guest service and the highest level of hospitality.
• Obtain guests’ signatures on all orders.
• Maintain accurate delivery logs.
• Unload product and arrange food/drinks in an appealing manner.
• Strategically load and deliver orders for maximum efficiency and timeliness.
• Double check accuracy of the order before loading orders for delivery.
• Potentially work as a Team Member when not making deliveries, as outlined in the Team Member Job description.

Requirements:

To remain compliant with state and federal laws, you must be at least 18 years old.

• Reliable clean vehicle in good repair with current registration and insurance
• Valid driver’s license (must maintain on person at all times)
• Submit to a MVR report to establish good driving history within the past 36 months
• No DWI/DUI in the past 5 years
• Must have an operable personal cell phone
• Must use personal cell phone to track (via app or text) when departing the restaurant with a catering order and when completing the delivery, in accordance with company safety procedures (which prohibit device usage while actively driving)
• Able to lift up to 50 pounds

Pay Range: $16 - $20/hour

Delivery drivers are eligible to receive a flat rate delivery service fee for eligible delivered orders.
