Job summary

Talentify is seeking a catering delivery team member to set up and deliver food for off-site events. You will interact with guests, coordinate with the corporate office on delivery timeliness, and transport food safely from stores to guest locations.

Applicants should be able to work varied hours, including weekends, have a reliable vehicle, and follow safety and sanitation guidelines. A strong team player attitude is essential.

Responsibilities

• Arrange and set up trays, utensils, and setups off-site upon delivery to guests.
• Assist guests on arrival and adapt to changing needs off-site.

• Package food with kitchen staff and ensure on-time departure.
• Stock and restock supplies for catering needs; clean used bags.
• Multitask calmly in a busy, stressful environment.

Essential Functions

• Arrange and set-up trays, utensils, and setups off-site upon delivery of catering food to guests
• Work with guests upon arrival, adapting to changing needs and situations off-site
• Communicate effectively with the corporate office concerning any delivery issues especially as they pertain to timeliness of delivery and traffic
• Safely and effectively transport food from our stores to the guests
• Interact with management and kitchen staff to successfully package food and leave on time
• Stock/restock supplies and food items for catering purposes; clean bags used for catering
• Ability to multi-task calmly and effectively in a busy, stressful environment

• Safe driving with a strong and safe driving record with the ability to drive, on occasion, over an hour each way

Physical Demands

The physical demands for this position are seeing, hearing, speaking, reaching, frequently lifting up to 25 pounds, occasionally lifting 50 pounds, standing, for 4 to 8 hours, bending, and moving intermittently during working hours.
