Job summary

Panera in Winston-Salem, NC is seeking a Catering Coordinator to plan and execute catering for events. You will work with customers to design menus, coordinate orders, and ensure on-time delivery and food safety.

You’ll use marketing and sales skills to grow catering business, participate in community events, and collaborate with a friendly team that values warmth and respect. Early morning hours and a Monday–Friday schedule support steady operation.

Qualifications

• Must be at least 18 years old and able to pass a background check.
• Must have reliable transportation, valid driver's license and auto insurance.
• Availability Monday–Friday 5AM–2PM is preferred.
• Excellent communication and guest-service orientation.

Responsibilities

• Own the success of our catering operations.
• Communicate with and support catering customers.
• Manage production of catering orders and deliver to events.
• Use marketing and sales skills to generate new catering business.
• Participate in community marketing events.
