Panera Bread in Middleburg Heights, OH is seeking a Catering Coordinator to plan and execute our catering events. You will help customers choose Panera offerings, answer questions, and ensure timely delivery and setup at events.

You’ll apply marketing and sales skills to grow catering business, coordinate orders, and support a fun team that values warmth, growth, and trust. 18+ and reliable transportation required.

Qualifications

• Must be at least 18 years old.
• Must pass a background check.
• Reliable transportation with valid driver’s license & insurance.
• Availability Monday–Friday 5AM–2PM (desired).

Responsibilities

• Own the success of our catering operations.
• Communicate with and support our catering customers.
• Manage production of catering orders and deliver orders to events.
• Use marketing and sales skills to generate new catering business.
• Participate in community marketing events.
• Help build our culture of Warmth, Belonging, Growth, & Trust.
