Job summary

Southern Rock Restaurants, franchised McAlisters Deli location, is seeking a Catering Coordinator to manage drivers and deliveries and to verify guest satisfaction after each event.

Responsibilities include daily catering accounting, making at least two sales calls per day and entering them into the sales report, and filling out front-of-house and back-of-house prep lists for catering orders. This role reports to management and supports the catering team.
