Qualifications

• 5+ years of related culinary experience including catering.
• Experience in restaurants, hotels, corporate dining, education, military, health care, or related food service ops.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate and assist in preparation and cooking of catered events.
• Assist with planning and creating catering menus.
• Roll out new culinary programs with marketing and culinary teams.
• Manage cost controls and expenditure within the food program.
