Responsibilities

• Assists with opening/closing duties, restocking garnishes, napkins and towels.
• Delivers product and uses transfer sheets to maintain inventory.
• Cleans, sanitizes and maintains bar workstations and guest areas.
• Keeps bar stocked with ice, liquor, wine and beer.
• Checks taps/appliances and changes kegs as needed.
• Maintains bar cleanliness by cleaning surfaces, sweeping, mopping and trash removal.
• Provides excellent guest service with a positive demeanor.
• Adheres to Aramark safety policies including food safety and sanitation.
• Ensures security of company assets.

Job Description

The Barback is responsible for keeping inventory of transporting, stocking, and cleaning/clearing products. Perform tasks to support the bartender and other staff members. Assist with opening and closing duties, transporting product and stock items, and aid in the reordering process to ensure business and guests needs are met. Essential functions and responsibilities of the position may vary by Aramark location based on client requirements and business needs.

Compensation Data

COMPENSATION: The Hourly rate for this position is $29.79 to $29.79. If both numbers are the same, that is the amount that Aramark expects to offer. This is Aramark's good faith and reasonable estimate of the compensation for this position as of the time of posting.

Job Responsibilities

• Assists with opening and closing duties, such as restocking the bar with garnishes, straws, and napkins, ensuring that bartenders have clean towels, glassware, etc.
• Delivers product and uses transfer sheets to maintain inventory integrity
• Cleans, sanitizes, and maintains appearance of workstations and guest service areas
• Ensures bar is well-stocked with ice, liquor, wine, and beer
• Checks taps and appliances to ensure that they are working properly and changing out kegs
• Keeps the bar clean by wiping down surfaces, sweeping and mopping, removing soiled glassware, scrubbing coolers and storage areas, and emptying trash receptacles
• Maintains excellent guest service and a positive demeanor towards guests, customers, clients, co-workers, etc.
• Adheres to Aramark safety policies and procedures including proper food safety and sanitation
• Ensures security of company assets
