Qualifications

• Maintain sanitation and safety standards in food handling.
• Interact with customers and resolve inquiries in a friendly manner.

Responsibilities

• Bake breads, pies, cakes, cookies and other pastries as necessary per production sheets.
• Ensure proper food preparation by following recipes and production standards.
• Maintain sanitation and orderliness of equipment, supplies and work area.
• Assist with production records and inventory, informing supervisors when supplies are low.
• Show consistent performance during peak production and service times.
