Job description

Location: West Bend Insurance, 1900 South 18th Avenue, West Bend, WI 53095. Hiring immediately – online applications only.

Schedule: Part time, days and hours may vary. Pay: $14.00–$16.00 per hour.

Job Summary

Delivers and serves food at scheduled functions under the supervision of the catering captain. Ensures accurate execution of all events during the shift, including driving a catering delivery truck if required.

Essential Duties and Responsibilities

• Assemble and deliver all food and supplies for catered functions to scheduled locations.
• Log and maintain food temperatures.
• Arrange tables, decorations, and buffet stations with food, beverage, and service items according to standards.
• Serve food and beverages to guests.
• Thoroughly clean the location after each event.
• Return food, beverages, serving equipment and utensils to the catering facility.
• Distribute and collect customer comment cards for catered functions.
• Stock, clean and maintain the catering facility and equipment.
• Ensure guests receive friendly, courteous service at all times.
• Maintain in-depth knowledge of the complete menu and products on hand.
• Maintain a clean and safe work environment.
• Follow safety and sanitation policies and procedures at all times.
• Perform other duties as assigned.

Qualifications

• Valid driver’s license (may be required).
• Must possess or be able to obtain a valid food handler's permit and/or alcohol server's permit where required by state law.
