Qualifications

• Catering experience is preferred; training will be provided.
• Valid driver’s license may be required; obtain food handler’s permit/alcohol servers’ permit as required by state law.

Responsibilities

• Assemble and deliver food and supplies for catered functions to scheduled locations.
• Log and maintain food temperatures.
• Arrange tables and decorations.
• Prepare buffet tables with food, beverages and service items.
• Serve food and beverages to guests.
• Clean site after event and break down setup.
• Return leftover food and equipment to catering facility.
• Collect customer comment cards for catered functions.
• Stock and maintain catering facility and equipment.
• Ensure guests receive friendly, courteous service at all times.
• Maintain knowledge of full menu and products on hand.
• Keep a clean and safe work environment.
• Follow safety and sanitation policy at all times.
• Perform other duties as assigned.
