Job summary

Morrison Healthcare, a Compass Health care company, is hiring full-time CATERING ATTENDANT at MUSC Health Kershaw in Camden, SC. The schedule includes AM/PM shifts with some variability; prior catering experience is preferred and a valid food handler/alcohol permit may be required by state law.

The role involves delivering, setting up, serving, and breaking down catered events, while maintaining safety, cleanliness, and guest satisfaction. Training is available for new hires.

Qualifications

• Valid driver's license may be required; must possess or able to obtain a valid food handler's permit and/or alcohol servers' permit where required by state law.

Responsibilities

• Delivers and serves food at scheduled functions under supervision of the catering captain.
• Ensures accurate execution of events during shift; may drive a catering delivery truck.
• Sets up and serves at functions; cleans event area during and after events; returns leftovers to the facility.
• Distributes and collects customer comment cards; stocks and maintains facility and equipment.
• Maintains knowledge of the complete menu; ensures a friendly, courteous service at all times.
