Restaurant Associates is seeking a full-time Catering Attendant to deliver and serve food at scheduled functions at Lord Abbett, Jersey City, NJ. You will set up and staff events, ensure accurate execution, drive a catering delivery truck if needed, and return unused food and equipment promptly.

Applicants should have catering, hotel, and inventory experience, plus a valid driver’s license and required permits. Benefits are offered for full-time employees.

Qualifications

• Previous catering, hotel, and inventory experience required.
• Valid driver’s license may be required; food handler's and/or alcohol servers' permits may be required where law dictates.

Responsibilities

• Assembles and delivers all food and supplies for catered functions to scheduled locations.
• Logs and maintains food temperatures.
• Sets up and serves at functions, and cleans equipment and area after events.
• Drives catering delivery vehicle when needed and returns leftovers promptly.
• Maintains knowledge of complete menu and products on hand.
