Compass Group is hiring a Catering Attendant at Medtronic in Lafayette, CO. This position is available as full-time or part-time with a Monday–Friday schedule and flexible hours from 6:00 am to 3:00 pm.

Pay ranges from $21.00 to $25.00 per hour. You will deliver and serve food at scheduled functions, assist with setup and cleanup, maintain food temperatures, handle equipment, and ensure friendly, efficient service under the catering captain.

Qualifications

• Valid driver's license may be required.
• Must possess or be able to obtain a valid food handler's permit and/or alcohol servers' permit where required by state law.

We are hiring immediately for a full‑and‑part‑time Catering Attendant position. Location: Medtronic – 200 Medtronic Drive, Lafayette, CO 80026.

Schedule: Full‑ and part‑time; Monday‑Friday, flexible hours 6:00 am – 3:00 pm. Pay: $21.00–$25.00 per hour.

Job Summary

Delivers and serves food at scheduled functions under the supervision of the catering captain. Ensures accurate execution of all events during the shift, may drive a catering delivery truck, sets up and serves at functions, cleans event area during and after events, breaks down the setup and leaves the area neat, returns leftover food and equipment to the catering facility in a timely manner.

Essential Duties and Responsibilities

• Assemble and deliver all food and supplies for catered functions to their scheduled locations.
• Log and maintain food temperatures.
• Arrange tables and decorations.
• Arrange buffet tables with food, beverage and service items according to standards.
• Serve food and beverages to guests.
• Thoroughly clean location after event is completed.
• Return food and beverages, serving equipment and utensils to catering facility.
• Distribute and collect customer comment cards for catered functions.
• Stock, clean and maintain catering facility and equipment.
• Ensure guests receive friendly, courteous service at all times.
• Maintain in‑depth knowledge of complete menu and products on hand.
• Maintain a clean and safe work environment.
• Follow safety and sanitation policy and procedures at all times.
• Perform other duties as assigned.
