Role Description

This is a full-time, on-site role for a Catering Assistant located in Springfield, OH. The Catering Assistant will be responsible for helping prepare food items, maintaining hygiene standards, delivering excellent customer service, and supporting food service operations. Additional responsibilities include ensuring cleanliness in food preparation areas and assisting in any catering-related tasks as needed.

• Understanding and adherence to hygiene standards and food safety practices
• Strong Customer Service and Communication skills to ensure positive client interactions
• Ability to work collaboratively in a dynamic, fast-paced environment

• Prior catering or food service experience is an advantage
• High school diploma or equivalent is preferred

Compensation and Schedule:

$15.00 per hour with an additional step-up process at 90 days and 6 months.

• Monday thru Friday from 6am to 2:30pm with occasional overtime as needed. (Must be able to work independently on Friday as this position is responsible for the catering department)
